The horizontal rails are a superb example of woodcarving. They are adorned by a raie de coeur frieze. The harmoniously proportioned cupola makes this piece into an exceptional work of art. On the interlocking elements, one can admire the famous rose of Marie Antoinette, as well as two small palmette motifs, the ultimate in woodcarving refinement.

The outer layer is a sheath of leather (available in several colors), stretched over the frame on all four sides as well as the cupola. The frame is of an exceptional quality finish.
